How long is shipping?

Processing is anywhere from 3-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays. (Normally done quicker) and once order is packed and shipped, shipping is 2-5 business days. If your order is needed quicker than my turnaround time, please add on the rush fee.

 

Lost-stolen packages?

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and you will not receive a refund if it occur. Your order will not be replaced. All packages come with a tracking number. Ups updates their system regularly. If you will not be home on the day of the expected arrival date-time you can request on their website to have your package held at your local Ups office.

Refund policy?

All wig sales are final due to beauty and health act and not being able to be resold. I do not do refunds or exchanges. Once your order is submitted, there are no refunds or exchanges unless the problem is on my end. If the problem is on my end refunds take 3-10 business days to reflect back into your account. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out. Your shipping and billing address must match or you will be refunded. Once your order is shipped, we have no control on what issues or delays that may occur but if you have any issues email me and I will try my best to help you resolve the issues.

Provide your own bundles/wigs?

Please understand I am not responsible for the quality of hair you provide for this service. If your hair/wigs are not of quality and do not turn out how you expected it to I am not responsible. I will update you of the quality prior to starting the service.

Whats the turnaround time?


3-10 business days not including weekends or holidays.

 

How do I measure my head?

I have a measuring chart under the wig form tab showing how to measure your head correctly.

 

Can I change the color of the wig?

If the wig is a ready to ship wig the only thing that can be changed is the option of baby hairs and styling.

 

How does payment work?

You will checkout on the site to purchase the wig I do offer payment plans with Klarna, sezzle, and shop pay.

 

What if my wig doesn’t fit?

I am not responsible for wigs that doesn’t fit please measure your head correctly to ensure proper fitting. It can be resized but I will charge accordingly.
